The issuance by any Vital Statistics Registrar of any of the certified verifications contemplated by §§ 1245—1250 of this title containing false data not in conformity with the original entries of the registration to which such verification refers, or with the true copy thereof recorded in the Registries, is hereby declared a public offense.\nHistory —June 30, 1957, No. 111, p. 504, § 5.
