The Secretaries of Health and the Treasury, the Administrator of the Mental Health and Addiction Services Administration (ASSMCA), the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, the President of the Government Development Bank for Puerto Rico, and the Insurance Commissioner, or the persons delegated by them, shall be the six (6) ex-officio members of the Board of Directors.\nHistory —Sept. 7, 1993, No. 72, Art.
