The members of the Board of Directors that are not ex officio members shall be appointed for a term of six (6) years each, and shall hold office until their successors have been appointed. The original appointments shall be one (1) for two (2) years; one (1) for four (4) years; and two (2) for six (6) years.\nIn the event that a member of the Board is not able to complete his/her term due to resignation, removal or death, the successor shall fill his/her office for the remainder of the term.\nHistory —Sept. 7, 1993, No. 72, Art.
