(a) The Board of Directors shall hold regular meetings at least once (1) a month and shall hold all the special meetings that may be convoked by the Chairperson or that may be requested by a majority of the members of the Board.\n(b) The majority of the members of the Board of Directors shall constitute quorum for the meetings. Every agreement or determination of the Board shall require the affirmative vote of at least five (5) members.
