Within ninety (90) days after the closing of each fiscal year, the Administration shall submit reports to the Governor and to the Legislature on its activities, including the following:\n(a) A summary of the work carried out during the fiscal year, in compliance with the purposes of this chapter, including a copy of the contracts awarded for health services, as well as a work plan, including specific projects and activities for the following year.\n(b) Financial statements audited in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles for government bodies.\n(c) A list of capital investments.\nHistory —Sept. 7, 1993, No. 72, Art.
