The Comptroller shall have full power to audit the operation of the Administration, in order to verify the legality of its transactions. It may, likewise, compel the presentation of documents, and testimony of persons or private entities, when it is indispensable to conduct an audit or intervention in the Administration, or in companies which operate under contract with the Administration in those matters related to the contract.\nHistory —Sept. 7, 1993, No. 72, Art.
