The Court of First Instance shall have jurisdiction to issue injunctions against violations of this chapter or to hinder any obstruction to the enforcement of this chapter in accordance with the procedure established in the Rules of Civil Procedure.\nHistory —June 23, 1971, No. 4, p. 526, § 513, eff. 180 days after June 23, 1971.
