In every judicial proceeding, the representative samples of the dangerous substances, as well as pictures, videotapes, laboratory testing reports, or any other evidence as to the quantity or weight of substance, shall be considered adequate evidence of the presence of the substance that was found at the time of the intervention.\nHistory —Sept. 1, 2000, No. 292, § 3.
