After an agent of Police Corps, Municipal Police Corps, Rangers of the Department of Natural and Environmental Resources, Penal Guards, Firefighters Corps, and other duly authorized representatives and officers of the public order has obtained the sample and the pictures, videotapes, laboratory testing reports or any other evidence, he/she shall send the same to the custody of the Secretary of Health, the Superintendent of Police or the Secretary of Justice, pursuant to the applicable statutory and administrative provisions; Provided, That once the agent has delivered the substance, he/she shall obtain a permit that describes in detail all the evidence delivered and report it to his superior.\nHistory —Sept. 1, 2000, No. 292, § 5.
