The Director of the Crematory shall be in charge of the operations of said facilities. The Director shall be a duly qualified professional certified by the Secretary of the Department of Health. Said director must have completed a technical-vocational course in mortuary science or similar course, previously approved by the Secretary of the Department of Health. Said director shall furnish proof of his moral character, including a criminal record certificate issued by the Superintendent of the Puerto Rico Police.
