Every crematory shall have the following facilities:\n(1) A cremation furnace.\n(2) A facility to keep human remains prior to cremation.\n(3) A refrigeration system to keep human remains prior to cremation.\n(4) An electric power generator to ensure electric power supply in case of emergencies.\nHistory —Sept. 15, 2012, No. 258, § 9.03.
