A person engaged in the practice of embalming human remains or in the application of partial embalming procedures such as washing and disinfecting a body, aspiring fluids, suturing mouths, closing eyes, or cosmetizing shall hold a valid license issued by the Examining Board of Embalmers of Puerto Rico, created by §§ 1001 et seq. of Title 20.\nHistory —Sept. 15, 2012, No. 258, § 5.01.
