When a niche, tomb, crypt, mausoleum, headstone, or any other structure within a cemetery requires any repairs, the Secretary of the Department of Health may require the owners to perform such repair work. If such repairs are not completed within the timeframe established by the Secretary, the Secretary may direct the cemetery’s management to conduct the repairs and bill the person or entity responsible for said work.
