Any contract for burial plot entered into with a private cemetery, whether for the sale, usufruct, emphyteusis, leasing, or any other type of conveyance of deed or ownership, as well as contracts for maintenance or interment services, or installment payment plan shall be governed by the Puerto Rico Civil Code and the regulations adopted to such effect by the Secretary of the Department of Consumer Affairs.\nHistory Sept. 15, 2012, No. 258, —Sept. 15, 2012, No. 258, § 8.10.
