The Secretary of the Department of Health shall adopt regulations to enforce the provisions of this chapter in consultation with the Permit Management Office and the Environmental Quality Board, except for the provisions of §§ 3792, 3805, 3813(3), 3841-3844, 3846, 3850 and 3869 of this title.\nThe Secretary of the Department of Health shall impose sanctions for any violation of these regulations, in accordance with the provisions of Section 33 of Act No. 81 of March 14, 1912, as amended.\nHistory —Sept. 15, 2012, No. 258, § 11.01.
