The Secretary of the Department of Consumer Affairs shall adopt regulations to enforce the provisions of §§ 3805, 3850 and 3867 of this title. In doing so, the Secretary shall take into consideration the contents of the Federal Trade Commission Funeral Rule.\nThe Secretary of the Department of Consumer Affairs shall impose sanctions for any violation of these regulations, in accordance with the provisions of § 341q of Title 3.\nHistory —Sept. 15, 2012, No. 258, § 11.02.
