The Permit Management Office shall adopt regulations to enforce the provisions of §§ 3841-3844 of this title.\nThe Permit Management Office shall impose sanctions for any violation of these regulations, in accordance with the provisions of §§ 9011 et seq. of Title 23.\nHistory —Sept. 15, 2012, No. 258, § 11.03.
