The Environmental Quality Board shall adopt regulations to enforce the provisions of § 3813(3) of this title.\nThe Environmental Quality Board shall impose sanctions for any violation of these regulations, in accordance with the provisions of § 8002p of Title 12.\nHistory —Sept. 15, 2012, No. 258, § 11.05.
