The Department of Health shall be responsible for implementing the provisions of this chapter. The Department shall therefore adopt and promulgate the regulations necessary to meet these purposes, including but not limited to the mechanisms for filing, processing, and settlement of complaints and grievances.\nHistory —Aug. 25, 2000, No. 194, § 14.
