The Secretary of Health shall prepare and distribute sufficiently in advance to the effective date of this act, and in sufficient amounts to be distributed among the persons and entities indicated below, chargeable to the regular expenses budget of the Department, an official sign, announcement, or notice, in Spanish and English, concerning the approval of this act and the provisions of this section requiring that all persons and entities thus specified shall have at their offices or place of business a copy or several copies of this chapter available and in sufficient amounts, so that the patients, consumers, or users of medical and hospital healthcare services contracting their services may inspect said copy at their convenience.\nAll insurers, health care plan, health care professional, and medical and hospital health care service provider authorized to conduct business as such in Puerto Rico shall have visibly displayed in their physician practice offices, dispensaries, clinics, offices, admissions rooms, emergency rooms, drug stores, or places of business at least one copy of the official sign, announcement or notice prepared by the Secretary of Health referred to in the
