All hospitals, whether public or private, shall have the obligation to post a sign in their emergency, first aid and stabilization rooms to make the people aware of their rights and guarantees with regard to this chapter.\nHistory —June 28, 1994, No. 35, § 6, eff. 60 days after June 28, 1994.
