A public trust fund is hereby created, attached to the Bank, which shall maintain said fund as fiduciary, apart from other public funds under its custody. Said trust constitutes a nonprofit, irrevocable and in perpetuity body corporate with an independent legal capacity. The trust, which shall be known as the 'Children’s Trust,' shall exercise its powers independently as owner and administrator of the funds which shall be received by the same, proceeding from the Settlement Agreement and which shall be used pursuant to the provisions of § 3121 of this title.\nHistory —July 30, 1999, No. 173, § 4.
