The Bank shall provide the Trust’s personnel, and shall be compensated by the Trust for those expenses incurred for personnel contracted to comply with the provisions of this chapter.\nThe Executive Vice President of the Bank, in charge of the finance area, shall be the Executive Director of the Trust and its Chief Executive Officer. The Executive Director shall authorize and supervise any contract needed for the operations of the Trust, subject to the norms established by the Board.
