The Trust, in undertaking any project under the provisions of this chapter, shall be guided by and observe the criteria and requirements established by the Board of Directors. Provided, however, That every benefited entity shall comply with all operational, administrative and budgetary requirements and those that concern the drafting and formatting of reports or those of any other kind which the Trust may demand as a condition for providing assistance. Likewise, every benefited entity shall comply with the fiscal laws and present evidence to that effect.\nThe Trust may require the benefited entity to comply with specific conditions or that it take any actions or adopt any measures which the Trust may deem necessary and convenient to ensure that said benefited entity shall comply with the provisions of this chapter and its purposes.\nHistory —July 30, 1999, No. 173, § 11.
