All Trust moneys shall be deposited with the Bank or depositories qualified to receive funds from the Government of Puerto Rico, but they shall be maintained in a separate account or in separate accounts in the name of the Trust. Disbursements shall be made according to the regulations and budgets approved by the Trust.\nThe Trust shall establish, according to generally accepted public accounting principles, the accounting system required for the proper control and statistical recording of all expenses and revenues belonging to, managed or controlled by the Trust.
