The Trust shall render a report to the Legislature which shall include the following:\n(a) A financial statement audited by a recognized company and a complete report of the activities of the Trust for the previous fiscal year.\n(b) A complete and detailed list of all contracts executed and transactions conducted during the fiscal year corresponding to the report.\n(c) Complete information regarding the situation and progress of its financing and other activities up to the date of its last report.\nThe report for the previous fiscal year shall be submitted by the Board to the Legislature and the Comptroller after March 31 of each year.
