The directors, officials and employees of the Trust and of every benefited entity that, in the discharge of their functions, duties and responsibilities under this chapter, incur conduct typified as a crime against the public function, shall be subject to the applicable penalties established in Act No. 115 of July 22, 1974, known as the 'Puerto Rico Penal Code of 1974'.\nHistory —July 30, 1999, No. 173, § 20.
