The Secretary of Health is hereby empowered to accept donations from any natural or juridical person and from any department, agency, instrumentality, public corporation or subsidiary thereof, and from the municipalities of the Government of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or of the United States of America, to be used in the prevention, treatment, education research and investigations or for purposes related to the conditions of hereditary diseases. The moneys thus obtained shall be deposited in the Health Fund created by Act No. 26 of November 13, 1975, and shall be used exclusively for the purposes provided in this section.\nHistory —July 2, 1987, No. 84, p. 318, § 7.
