Any pediatrician, endocrinologist or physician who practices his/her profession in Puerto Rico and who diagnoses or has knowledge of any case of premature thelarche or precocious sexual development must inform it to the Assistant Secretariat, in writing, within five (5) working days following the date on which he learned of the case.
