The Secretary may accept donations to be used for the prevention, treatment, education, studies and research or purposes germane to the cases of premature thelarche and precocious sexual development. The monies thus obtained shall be deposited in the Health Fund created by Act No. 26 of November 13, 1975, and shall be used exclusively as provided by this section.
