The Committee shall meet in regular sessions no less than six (6) times a year and shall meet in special sessions whenever it is necessary for the performance of its duties after being duly summoned by its President to such effects. Seven (7) of its members shall constitute quorum and all agreements shall be adopted by the majority of the members present. The Executive Director shall be responsible for preparing the minutes of the meetings, agreements, periodic and annual reports, as needed, and circulating them among the other members of the Committee.\nHistory —July 21, 1988, No. 120, p. 508, § 4, retroactive to July 1, 1988.
