(a) At the end of each year of operations, the Department of Health shall issue an exhaustive report to the Puerto Rico Legislature which shall include a statistical table on the incidence and patterns found in the congenital conditions of infants in Vieques.(b) In said report, the Department of Health must detail the administrative measures in effect or planned to insure that the registered congenital conditions are attended to promptly and that the infants who suffer from them are provided with adequate treatment.(c) The report in question shall include research on the cause, prevention and treatment of the different congenital conditions registered, in compliance with the chapter.
