The Secretary of Health must create a Consulting Committee to assist him or her in the discharge of the duties established in this chapter. The Committee shall be formed by experts in the areas of epidemiology, public health, computer science, statistics, hospital administration, pediatrics and those other disciplines that could make a significant contribution in the pursuit of the objectives of this chapter.At the same time, two representatives of the Vieques public interest who reside therein and two parents of infants from Vieques with congenital conditions shall be appointed to the Committee.
