Pursuant to the provisions of §§ 3326—3326s of this title, the initial terms of all contracts through which one (1) or more government health facility is ceded by lease may not exceed thirty (30) years, and effectiveness and renewal thereof shall be subject to the faithful compliance of the provisions of §§ 3326—3326s of this title, of all other applicable laws and regulations, including those regarding the licensing and certification of health facilities, and the obligations contained in the contracted that formalizes the transaction and the proposal filed by the contracting agency and accepted by the Department.
