No later than July 31 of each year, the Secretary shall render [an] annual report to the Governor of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and to the Legislature containing, among others, a list of the contracts executed pursuant to the provisions of §§ 3326—3326s of this title in the immediately preceding fiscal year and the state of progress of the health system, regarding the transfer of the administration and operation, under §§ 3326—3326s of this title, of government health facilities as well as any other pertinent information deemed necessary to be notified to the Governor and the Legislature.
