The Commission shall be an advisory body to the Program and shall make recommendations concerning modifications in the services rendered in cases of medical emergencies involving children and shall coordinate the efforts of the various government agencies and private entities related to this type of health services in order to achieve the objectives of this chapter.\nThe Commission shall meet as often as deemed necessary but not less than once every three (3) months.\nHistory —Aug. 31, 2000, No. 259, § 5, retroactive to July 1, 2000.
