The Program shall have an Executive Director appointed by the Secretary of the Department of Health with the recommendation of the Dean of the Medical Sciences Campus. The person in question must be of recognized competence and widely experienced in the field of pediatric medical emergencies and shall hold office at the will of the Secretary and until his or her successor is appointed.
