The Secretary may accept donations from any natural or juridical person and from any department, agency, instrumentality, public corporation of subsidiary thereof and municipalities of the Government of Puerto Rico or from the United States of America. The monies thus obtained and any other monies received from the disbursement of consulting services and other related services that may be provided, shall be covered into the Children’s Health Fund created by §§ 339 et seq. of this title and shall be used exclusively to meet the objectives of the Program in proportion to the needs of each of its functions.\nHistory —Aug. 31, 2000, No. 259, § 11, retroactive to July 1, 2000.
