The Board of Directors of the Center for Diabetes Research, Education and Medical Services shall annually submit to the Legislature, through the Office of the Governor, an operational expenses and capital investments budget that shall indicate the probable income and a disbursements program based on a plan for the work to be done and the services to be rendered by the Center during the next fiscal year.\nThe Board of Directors of the Center shall establish the fiscal, budgetary and costs controls needed to keep the budget within the limits of the anticipated revenues so as not to incur any deficiency.\nHistory —Aug. 12, 2000, No. 166, § 7, retroactive to July 1, 2000.
