The Executive Director of the Cancer Center of Puerto Rico shall submit an annual report to the Board of Directors about the work done and the use of the economic resources appropriated in this chapter, as well as other contributions received, within sixty (60) days following the end of the fiscal year.\nThe Board of Directors shall, in turn, review said report and remit the same to the Legislature of Puerto Rico within one hundred and twenty (120) days following the end of the fiscal year.\nHistory —Aug. 26, 2004, No. 230, § 10; renumbered as § 11 on July 13, 2011, No. 141, § 3.
