The Center is hereby excluded from the provisions of Act No. 5 of October 14, 1975, as amended, known as the 'Puerto Rico Public Service Personnel Act', as well as from the provisions of §§ 931 et seq. of Title 3, known as the 'General Services Administration Act', and from the laws related to the procurement and supply procedures of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and from all regulations promulgated by virtue of said laws.\nThe Board, with the prior recommendation of the Executive Director, shall approve general regulations, personnel regulations and procurement regulations within one hundred and twenty (120) days following the first meeting of the Board.\nHistory —Aug. 26, 2004, No. 230, § 11; renumbered as § 12 on July 13, 2011, No. 141, § 3.
