The Cerebrovascular Center of Puerto Rico and the Caribbean shall be excluded from the provisions of Reorganization Plan 3-2011 of November 21, 2011, related to the General Services Administration; from the provisions of §§ 283-283p of Title 3, known as the 'Puerto Rico Government Accounting Act'; and from all other regulations promulgated by virtue of said Acts.\nHowever, it shall approve General Regulations together with the Puerto Rico Medical Services Administration to implement the provisions of this act within ninety (90) days immediately following its effective date.\nHistory —May 17, 2012, No. 91, § 7.
