Any person who violates a provision of this chapter, or who violates a rule, regulation or order of the Commissioner of Insurance, issued pursuant to this chapter, shall be penalized with a fine that shall not be less than one thousand dollars ($1,000) nor more than five thousand dollars ($5,000).\nHistory —Aug. 15, 1999, No. 248, § 7.
