Any individual or entity who uses Register information in a manner contrary to that directed by this chapter shall be subject to a civil fine imposed by the Department, which shall not exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000) nor be of less than three hundred dollars ($300).\nHistory —Sept. 16, 2004, No. 351, § 9.
