The Department of Labor and Human Resources shall create a wage subsidy program for any employer who hires a person with an autism spectrum disorder. The Department of Labor and Human Resources shall promulgate regulations within one hundred twenty (120) days from the approval of this act whereby the protocol for the implementation of the program created herein shall be established.\nHistory —Sep. 4, 2012, No. 220, § 18.
