The donations in whole or in part of a body or of organs for a living transplant shall not be subject to compensation or remuneration whatsoever. It shall not be construed as a violation to this section that the donee or other person pay the expenses incurred in the donation. History —Dec. 25, 2002, No. 296, § 9.
