The autopsy of those persons whose body and part thereof have been bequeathed or donated for the ends and purposes of §§ 3620—3620y of this title to a particular donee shall be performed in the hospital where the death has occurred. The autopsy expenses shall be defrayed by the donee. However, if the hospital lacks the facilities to perform the same, it shall notify the Board for the final disposition of the body.
