In the case of partial acceptance or total refusal, he/she shall notify the Board within the twenty-four (24) hours following the death of the donor. In these cases, or after twenty-four (24) hours of the demise, if the donee fails to claim the body, it may be handed over to the person or persons authorized by law to dispose of it. If said persons, in turn, fail to claim it, the Board shall dispose of it as if the donation had been made to its name. History —Dec. 25, 2002, No. 296, § 13.
