The Board shall provide all that is necessary for the immediate transfer of these cadavers to the entity designated by the Board for such purpose, and for their conservation for a term of five (5) days. During this term, the Board may not use them in the event that a family member from those previously listed in §§ 3620—3620y of this title or any institution of which the deceased is a member should claim the delivery thereof to the Board.
