The person or entity that requests the delivery of a cadaver that has been removed and preserved by the Board shall have the obligation of previously notifying the Vital Statistics Register of its claim of the cadaver. When the petitioners have sufficient financial resources, they shall pay the Board the expenses incurred for the perfusion and transportation of the cadaver. History —Dec. 25, 2002, No. 296, § 17.
